Phase 1: Determine Parameters

Over the course of my career as a professional headhunter, I've separated myself from the competition by continually obtaining the best, hard-to-find talent, efficiently. Through direct contact, I tap into a market of professionals that aren't actively searching for new employment.

I like to keep my clients involved in the search through consistent communication of results. I separate myself from other executive search firms by working with my clients to understand the potential variables that may exist within the search. Thus, establishing a long-term trusting relationship.

Phase 2: Research

When executing a search, I first gather data (research) to provide me with the basic direction on which I need to find the professional talent my client's desire.

In order to be successful and efficient, research is key in identifying targeted companies.

Once I've completed my research and have identified various avenues to pursue the desired professional, I communicate my results with my client. This provides the client with up-to-the-minute information on the status/results of the research and provides the opportunity to add input and approvals to continue forward.

Through consistent communication of results, each search is modified to the clients needs.

Phase 3: Search (Headhunt)

Finally, were at the point of the actual search. It's now time to take the research from Phases 1 & 2 and contact the desired professionals. I offer substantial experience with contacting and qualifying professionals without revealing client confidential information (for replacement positions).

Due to the complex structures of my clients, I communicate weekly (or as often as needed) to present any prevalent information (intelligence, names, referrals, and resumes).

Many of my clients desire professionals at the management level. I offer the experience of how to properly qualify management and senior management professionals. The qualifying of every candidate is modified to the clients needs.

I have experience in how to successfully introduce and sell the position without compromising my client's confidence. Many of my searches are replacement positions. It's critical that my client's are not revealed.

With the qualified resume I also provide a summary of key points on the candidate so that my clients have a better overall assessment on the candidate. I document important elements, qualities, and achievements that aren't within the resume that directly pertain to the position or client.

References are such a valuable resource. Much like the candidate summary, I ask questions to discover key elements, qualities, and achievements that aren't within the resume. I provide detailed information for my client to utilize as a management resource tool.
